Return Policies

All merchandise is guaranteed to be delivered in perfect condition without defects. Prints and cards are reproductions of original artwork owned by Barefoot Charities, Inc..

We will exchange, refund or issue a credit for any merchandise that is defective if claimed within 7 days from receipt. Customer must return merchandise within 7 days from notifying us and we will then promptly refund, replace or issue a credit for the item.

Processing error - if we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, please notify us immediately. Return the item to Barefoot Charities and we will issue you either a refund or replace with the correct item as you request.
